We are seeking a motivated and versatile Distribution Center Associate to become an integral part of our team in Denver, Colorado. This role is fundamental to the smooth operation of our warehouse, encompassing a wide range of tasks essential for effective Logistics and inventory management. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will be involved in various warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. Your adaptability and willingness to contribute across different functions will be highly valued. This position requires attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all processes, from verifying incoming shipments to preparing outgoing orders. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment is paramount, and you will be expected to actively participate in upholding these standards. Strict adherence to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE , is mandatory. The role involves considerable physical demands, such as standing for extended periods, walking, bending, and the ability to perform Lifting of items up to 50 pounds.   • Perform various warehouse duties, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Accurately process and document incoming and outgoing inventory.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas.
  • Ensure compliance with all company Safety protocols and OSHA standards.
  • Wear and maintain assigned PPE at all times.
  • Meet productivity and quality standards for all assigned tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
  • Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as directed.
