As a Fulfillment Associate, you will handle a variety of tasks associated with the order fulfillment process, from receiving goods to preparing them for dispatch. You will play a key part in our Logistics network, contributing to customer satisfaction through timely and accurate order fulfillment. Key responsibilities include picking items for orders, packing them with care, and ensuring all necessary documentation is attached. This position requires physical stamina and a keen eye for detail. You'll be expected to work with speed and precision in a dynamic environment. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of your workspace and the overall warehouse is also a critical aspect of this role. Compliance with all Safety standards and the correct utilization of required PPE is non-negotiable. The role involves significant physical demands, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, and Lifting of packages up to 50 pounds. - Accurately pick and pack a high volume of customer orders.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Select appropriate packaging materials for diverse products.
- Ensure all shipments are correctly labeled and documented.
- Organize and maintain inventory within the fulfillment area.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear and maintain assigned PPE .
- Contribute to efficient warehouse operations and meet productivity targets.
- Assist in maintaining overall warehouse organization and cleanliness.
