As an Order Picker, you will be instrumental in fulfilling customer orders by accurately selecting products from warehouse shelves. - Locating and retrieving specified items from warehouse shelves and storage areas using pick lists and/or RF scanners.
- Ensuring the accuracy of picked items against order specifications.
- Handling products with care to prevent damage.
- Consolidating picked items for packing.
- Operating equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers as needed.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work station and contributing to overall warehouse organization.
- Adhering to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Properly using required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Meeting established picking rates and quality standards.
- Participating in inventory control activities as directed.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Familiarity with RF scanning technology.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
