Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory using an RF scanner or pick list.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Package items securely and efficiently for shipment, selecting appropriate materials.
- Label packages correctly for delivery.
- Operate equipment like pallet jacks and box cutters safely.
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing orders.
- Maintain productivity standards and meet daily targets.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety rules, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Keep workstation and surrounding areas clean and organized.
- Support the logistics team in achieving operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous picking and packing experience is a strong asset.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must be able to perform lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Commitment to wearing required PPE and following safety guidelines.
