Seeking a certified and experienced Forklift Operator for our busy warehouse in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving materials and products throughout our facility. Your primary duties will include loading and unloading trucks, transporting goods to and from storage areas, and assisting with inventory management. This role is critical to our logistics operations, ensuring a steady flow of goods and maintaining an organized warehouse. You must possess a valid forklift certification and have a proven track record of safe operation. A strong commitment to Safety is paramount, and you will be expected to adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). While forklift operation is the primary focus, some physical activity such as manual Lifting of up to 50 pounds may be required. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual with excellent situational awareness. Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials.
- Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers.
- Transport goods to and from storage locations within the warehouse.

- Adhere to all Safety regulations and use required PPE.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.
