Join our fast-paced warehouse operations as a Warehouse Worker in Boise, Idaho. We are looking for reliable and motivated individuals to contribute to the efficient flow of goods through our distribution center. Your responsibilities will include receiving, unpacking, stocking, and preparing goods for shipment. This role is vital to our logistics chain, ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be expected to operate various warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, following all established procedures. A strong commitment to Safety is essential, and you must be willing to wear and use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. This position involves significant physical work, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and manual Lifting of products up to 50 pounds. Teamwork and communication are key, as you will collaborate with colleagues to meet daily operational goals. Experience in a warehouse setting is a plus, but we are willing to train enthusiastic candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and a desire to learn. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse areas.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all Safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and checks.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of warehouse operations.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
