Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our growing facility in Houston, Texas. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, supporting a range of tasks including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping inventory. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. This position requires physical stamina, including regular lifting and the ability to operate warehouse equipment. We prioritize safety and provide thorough training on PPE and safe lifting procedures. Your contribution is vital to our logistics success.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments.
  • Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper rotation.
  • Pick and pack orders efficiently and accurately based on customer requirements.
  • Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and staging.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in maintaining inventory accuracy.
  • Operate manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
  • Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
  • Follow all safe lifting practices to prevent injuries.
  • Support the overall logistics team with various warehouse functions.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds consistently.
  • Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Comfortable standing, walking, and performing manual tasks for extended periods.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and following all directives.
