Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying quantities and condition of goods.
- Stock merchandise in designated locations using appropriate equipment.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Comply with all company Safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory control activities such as cycle counting.
- Be prepared for tasks involving regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Understand and implement efficient logistics procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring frequent Lifting and standing.
- Commitment to upholding Safety standards and using PPE.
- Familiarity with logistics operations is advantageous.
