You will be involved in receiving and storing goods, picking and packing customer orders, and preparing shipments for delivery. Adherence to all safety regulations, including the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and speed.
- Prepare items for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to supervision.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet operational targets.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety practices.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is a plus.
