Cyber Security Analyst

Ndeipi.com is looking for a skilled and experienced Cyber Security Analyst to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Cyber Security Analyst, you will play a critical role in protecting our digital assets, including the Ndeipi App and the Afro Gold Dollar ETF, from cyber threats.

The Work You’ll Do :

• Monitor and analyze network traffic for unusual or suspicious activity.
• Implement and maintain security measures to protect our systems and data.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify security weaknesses.
• Respond to security incidents and breaches, conducting thorough investigations and implementing corrective actions.
• Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and standards.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure security best practices are integrated into all aspects of our operations.
• Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies.

What you’ll bring :

• A Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in cybersecurity or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of network security, risk management, and incident response.
• Proficiency in security monitoring tools and techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
