# Graphic Designer## •### @BlueJaysPosted on 11/24/2025•Full-time## Job DescriptionThe Toronto Blue Jays are looking for a **Graphic Designer**!**Overview**The Toronto Blue Jays are seeking a dynamic and innovative Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. This role is for a creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about design, staying on top of current trends, and Blue Jays baseball. You will collaborate closely with the design team to shape creative campaigns, establishing engaging assets across digital and print platforms. From social media, web, and email to largescale ballpark signage and fan engagement initiatives, your work will help drive ticket sales, strengthen brand affinity, and elevate the Blue Jays’ visual identity.We’re looking for someone ambitious, open-minded, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with a keen eye for design and a love for the game.**This role may be for you if**:* You enjoy motivating, energizing, and inspiring others* You are hands-on and unafraid of taking on new challenges* You thrive in fast paced high-volume working environments* You love the Toronto Blue Jays!**Responsibilities:*** Partner with the design team to develop and execute creative campaigns* Create digital and print materials, including website graphics, emails, social media content, OOH, and large- and small-scale ballpark signage* Produce, resize, and optimize existing assets or assets created by colleagues for multiple platforms.* Maintain a regular system for asset organization, including naming convention, filing, and folder structure* Manage projects from concept through final delivery, ensuring deadlines are met* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support diverse creative initiatives with an open mind to big ideas* Proactively contribute fresh ideas, references, and design thinking to elevate the Blue Jays brand.* Monitor industry, competitor, and cultural trends to inspire innovative creative solutions* Work with the Specialist, Marketing Projects to align projects with timelines and objectives**Qualifications:*** Degree or diploma in Graphic Design or equivalent professional experience.* 3+ years of professional design experience* Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)* Strong understanding of digital and social media formats, resolutions, and best practices.* Experience designing for web and mobile marketing campaigns* Experience with data-driven design (e.g. A/B testing)* Knowledge of the game of baseball and passion for the Blue Jays brand; experience designing for sports an asset* Experience with brand storytelling and campaign development* Comfortable working under pressure and thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment* Open to regular creative feedback and committed to continuous learning* Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work independently and in a team environment**Portfolio:*** Candidates should provide a link to their portfolio website showcasing their graphic design work and capabilities.**Applicants must be willing and able to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends and holidays as required'.****WHAT WE OFFER TO YOU*** Commitment to our team - we want you to succeed!* Ongoing, hands-on training to help you develop your skills* Excellent employee discount to use towards Blue Jays gear* A unique employment experience working for the only MLB team in CanadaBlue Jays has a strong commitment to diversity, accessibility, and inclusion.
