We are currently seeking a Warehouse/CSC Lead to join our team in Brampton, ON .
ScheduleMonday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Your Role At BatesvilleAs a Warehouse/CSC Lead , you will lead the warehouse team to accomplish daily duties.

- Expected pay is $24.63 per hour. Actual compensation may vary based on qualifications and location.

- Run daily RDC operations efficiently, leading daily activities (loading/unloading trucks, reconciling inventory, assisting customer service).
- Monitor and schedule maintenance of all RDC equipment.
- Communicate effectively with customers and support personnel to provide excellent service.
- Maintain current customer base with excellent customer service and synergy with local sales force.
- Ensure adherence to DOT, OSHA, and policies.
- Maintain high standards of safety, organization, and inventory accuracy.
- Assist with interviewing, training, and performance management.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Ability to train, manage, and lead using LEAN or CI principles in a logistics environment.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Data interpretation and root‑cause analysis skills.
- Basic leadership and customer service skills.
- Able to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 5 years’ experience in a logistics supervisory position preferred.
The employee must sit, stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk, and hear. Occasionally lift and move objects between 50–100 lbs, and see with clarity at both near and far distances.
