- Technical expertise in the design, development, coding, unit testing and debugging of software.
- Solid experience working with requirement analysts, gathering business requirements and providing feedback on technical implementation using ETL.
- Expertise in Data Analysis and Management.
- Strong data warehousing and BI concepts.
- Strong Data Quality experience using IBM Information Analyzer (IA).
- 5+ years relevant IT software experience (Technical-Developer) using ETL technologies.
- Minimum 4 years of development experience in IBM DataStage, IBM Information Analyzer, SQL, UNIX/LINUX.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases, specifically Oracle (SQL - PL/SQL).
- Experience in working with Big Data and Hive tables.
- Banking knowledge.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent leadership skills and able to drive solutions.
