Synechron is looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to lead the design, development, and management of large‑scale enterprise digital platforms, ensuring secure, efficient, and user‑centric services. Working within agile teams, you will utilize modern technologies and best practices to deliver innovative solutions that enhance digital service delivery.
Requirements- Proven experience in full stack development with proficiency in React, TypeScript, .NET/.NET Core, C#, Azure cloud services, and database management (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB).
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical discovery, develop solutions, and collaborate effectively within agile project environments.
- Strong understanding of security best practices, regulatory compliance, CI/CD pipelines, and system performance monitoring.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and collaborative skills, with a focus on delivering high‑quality, maintainable code.
- Expertise in both front‑end and back‑end technologies, including React, React Native, and Azure cloud‑based solutions.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, version control (GitHub), technical documentation, and code review processes.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic project requirements with an emphasis on reuse, technical excellence, and user experience.
- Experience working in cross‑disciplinary teams within agile and Scrum frameworks, prioritizing continuous improvement and innovative problem‑solving.
