Role OverviewAs a Software Engineer, you will plan, build, and deliver enterprise software solutions for our clients. You will collaborate with technical and non‑technical teammates, learn quickly, take on new responsibilities, and deepen your engineering skills. Ownership, good communication, and a growth mindset are key.
Your Key Responsibilities- Develop software according to specifications (SRS, interface designs)
- Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and collaborative problem solving
- Contribute ideas and improvements to the development process and stack
- Write tests and ensure quality (unit tests, functional tests)
- Assist with estimations, task planning, and time management
- Continuously learn new tools, frameworks, and practices, and share your learnings with the team
- Around 3 years of experience as a software engineer or developer, with recent projects in modern programming languages such as Python, C#, GoLang, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java
- A bachelor’s degree, college diploma, or equivalent experience in a software‑related field
- Comfortable working in French and English
- Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn
- Interest in both front‑end and back‑end development
- Full‑stack web development (front‑end + back‑end)
- Modern client‑side framework or library (React, Angular, Svelte, etc.)
- Development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Generative AI‑assisted Development (GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Cursor, etc.)
- Writing automated tests (unit, integration)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Containerization / virtualization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Mobile app development
- Microservices architecture
- Domain‑Driven Design or other advanced design patterns
