About the RoleThe Sr. Quality Analyst Manager 2 will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all construction projects meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This position involves developing and implementing quality assurance processes that align with industry regulations and best practices. The successful candidate will lead a team of quality analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure thorough inspections and assessments are conducted throughout the project lifecycle. By analyzing data and feedback, the manager will identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives that enhance overall project quality. Ultimately, this role is crucial in safeguarding the integrity of our construction projects and ensuring client satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance within the construction industry.
- Proven experience in leading quality assurance teams and managing quality control processes.
- Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) is highly desirable.
- Experience with construction project management software and quality management systems.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Manitoba.
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies for construction projects.
- Lead and mentor a team of quality analysts, ensuring effective training and performance management.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Analyze quality data and feedback to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to integrate quality assurance practices into project planning and execution.
