Key Responsibilities
Conduct remote selling and meet sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Serve as the first point of contact for new Dexcom customers, voicing the organization’s mission.
Engage Health Care Professionals via remote channels to sell through the reimbursed route.
Maintain a robust pipeline of future sales opportunities.
Prioritize time efficiently to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
What Makes You Successful
Demonstrated success in remote or virtual sales within medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
Familiarity with UK healthcare procurement processes and compliance requirements.
Ability to articulate the value proposition of medical technologies to clinical and non‑clinical stakeholders.
Flexibility to switch between B2B and B2C sales techniques and adapt messaging accordingly.
Skill in using digital tools (CRM, video conferencing, email campaigns) to build and maintain relationships.
Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding challenging sales targets and conversion goals.
Experience in driving revenue growth through strategic account management and upselling.

Travel & Office Requirements
0‑5% travel.
Office‑based 3 days per week at Bracknell Maxis (available from November 2025). Must live within commuting distance.
Experience and Education
Minimum 4‑6 years of related experience.
High School diploma, certificate, or equivalent.
Employment Details Full‑time, hybrid flex workplace with three in‑office days per week.
Work Eligibility You must have the right to work in the UK. Sponsorship is not available for this role.
