*Key Responsibilities:*
* Lead plumbing installations for new construction
* Maintain plumbing and fire sprinkler systems
* Ensure inspection compliance and resolve issues
* Supervise plumbers, assign tasks, and verify work completion
* Approve crew hours, manage materials, and test system functionality
* Interpret blueprints and install essential plumbing systems
* Provide training and skill development
*Qualifications:*
* Master Plumber License required
* 7–10+ years of plumbing experience
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Familiarity with commercial plumbing systems
* Valid driver’s license
* Maintain plumbing and fire sprinkler systems
* Ensure inspection compliance and resolve issues
* Supervise plumbers, assign tasks, and verify work completion
* Approve crew hours, manage materials, and test system functionality
* Interpret blueprints and install essential plumbing systems
* Provide training and skill development
