\*\*Job Summary:\*\* We are seeking an experienced IT Project/Process Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of IT projects ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. In addition, we would like to refine the process of the most common Service Tickets to allow our team to remediate tickets in the same way each time. \*\*Responsibilities:\*\* - Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects - Define project tasks and resource requirements - Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents - Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders - Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis - Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders - Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools - Track project milestones and deliverables - Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, presentations, and status reports - Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans \*\*Skills:\*\* - Strong leadership skills - Proficiency in project management methodology - Experience with requirements gathering and analysis - Knowledge of SharePoint, Excel, MS Office Suite - Familiarity with disaster recovery processes - Ability to analyze data effectively for project implementation If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for leading IT projects to success, we encourage you to apply.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
