Responsibilities
Support lead generation and assist in identifying potential clients through research, networking, and digital channels.
Support the management of accounts and help maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring high service and satisfaction levels.
Update CRM systems, prepare quotes, and support proposal development.
Take an active approach to personal development by partaking in training programs to build industry knowledge and sales techniques.
Develop and maintain a strong online presence on LinkedIn to network, share industry insights and enhance the company’s visibility.
Essential Criteria
Interest in sales and personal development within technical or industrial sectors.
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
Ability to build rapport and develop relationships.
Organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
Basic IT skills (including Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint); experience with a CRM system is a bonus.
Full UK driving licence preferred; if not, willingness and ability to obtain it is sufficient.
