We’re partnered with a industry-leading global fintech that, due to acquisitions and growth, is hiring a VP of DevOps. This is a brand-new leadership role with the opportunity to shape strategy, delivery practices, and culture across a distributed team.
If you combine deep software engineering roots with proven DevOps leadership experience and thrive in complex, outcome-driven environments, this could be the perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities Own DevOps strategy to enable high‑velocity, high‑quality software delivery. Design and evolve scalable CI/CD, infrastructure, and deployment practices. Provide hands‑on architectural leadership where needed. Lead and develop a global DevOps team. Partner with engineering and product leadership to ensure DevOps accelerates delivery.
Key Skills Senior leadership experience in DevOps or Software Engineering. Strong software engineering background with experience delivering production software at scale. Expertise in CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure design. Experience leading globally distributed teams.
