PAY:

• $ $24.79 hourly plus an 8% shift differential for hours worked in the facility.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The Production Associate operates various machines and performs tasks related to the production of airbags, inflators, or component parts.
• Performs repetitive work requiring continuous alertness and attention to detail. Associates ensure that a high-quality product is produced.
• Makes suggestions to improve performance, quality, and/or costs in work area by applying Autoliv Production System (APS) principles.
• Monitors machines and verifies that parts meet specifications by using hand gauge measurements and/or visual inspection.
• Promotes quality and safety rules while maintaining work area in a clean and orderly condition.
• Trains and/or instructs others as required.
• Maintains reliable attendance and a full-time work status.
• Adheres to safety standards.
• Relieves other employees for breaks, as needed.
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours, and lift 25-50 lbs.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Shift Hours: 1:45 pm - 10:00 pm
• Swing Shift (M-F with mandatory overtime) or Swing Shift Rotating (7 days on, 2-4 days off) available
