The Catering Driver is responsible for the timely delivery of catering orders to customers, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction. This role is crucial to maintaining the Baggin's reputation for excellence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, great driving skills, and an understanding of food safety regulations.

• Safely and efficiently deliver catering orders to various locations, including businesses, schools, and private events.

• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers during deliveries.

• Ensure all catering orders are accurately loaded and secured in the delivery vehicle.

• Assist with the preparation and packaging of catering orders, ensuring all food items are fresh and presentable.

• Market to businesses within the store locations' delivery area.

• Comply with all food safety and sanitation standards during preparation, transportation, and delivery.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.

• Communicate effectively with the catering team regarding order details and any special requests or changes.

• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns from clients promptly.

• Assist with inventory management and report any shortages in catering supplies to management.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the management team.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Valid Arizona drivers license and a clean driving record.

• Must have and use own vehicle.

• Previous experience in food service or delivery preferred.

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Ability to lift and carry catering supplies and food items (up to 50 lbs).

• Knowledge of local driving routes and traffic patterns.
