Role Overview

The
Events & Operations Manager

plays a key role in bringing the Noovo brand to life through exceptional event execution and operational organization. This role blends
event logistics, warehouse management, and on-the-ground coordination

to ensure every Noovo experience—whether at a national expo, open house, or community activation—runs seamlessly.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic, hands-on environments. You'll work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to manage event logistics, organize materials and trailers, assist with van staging, and support onsite activations for brand led events. You'll also help ship and track event supplies for ambassador gatherings, influencer partnerships, and dealer or partner events.

The right person is extremely detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives on creating order behind the scenes. You enjoy problem-solving, improving systems, and ensuring every event and activation reflects the quality and care Noovo is known for.

Key Responsibilities
Event Planning & Execution

  • Plan and manage logistics for Noovo's annual event calendar including expos, RV trade shows, brand open houses, and ambassador/owner gatherings.
  • Coordinate transportation, travel, and scheduling for vans, materials, and team members for all events.
  • Coordinate van staging, signage placement, overall booth set up and onsite brand presentation at events
  • Oversee setup and teardown of booths and displays, ensuring professional and consistent execution including internal facing plan of execution for each event.
  • Serve as onsite support for events and marketing activations throughout the year, traveling as needed.
  • Communicate with vendors, venues, and partners to ensure all shipping timelines and event requirements are met.

Operational & Warehouse Management

  • Maintain organized systems for trailers, warehouse spaces, and event materials using clear labeling and color-coding.
  • Manage event inventory, ensuring assets are tracked, maintained, and replenished or replaced when needed.
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving of branded materials for events, ambassador gatherings, and partner activations.
  • Work with the Marketing Coordinator to ship event supplies and branded materials to external partners and activations, as well as supply vans for marketing trips + partners..
  • Assist in day-to-day warehouse operations, keeping the space ready for tours, media visits, and production support as needed for marketing or sales activations.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Develop and maintain an Events Calendar outlining all events Noovo may wish to participate in throughout the year. Collaborate with the Marketing team to strategically prioritize upcoming events, and update the calendar regularly as new opportunities arise.
  • Partner with Marketing on event branding, signage, and collateral marketing needs for each event.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Operations to schedule van transport, display vehicles, and demo units
  • Support influencer visits, marketing partners or rentals by preparing vans and coordinating logistics for onsite activations
  • Contribute to the planning of internal team events or media visits at Noovo HQ as needed.

Process & System Improvement

  • Develop checklists, packing systems, and organizational tools that improve efficiency and reduce setup time
  • Identify opportunities to streamline communication between departments during event planning and execution
  • Maintain and present post-event reports summarizing key learnings, feedback, and improvements for future activations.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in event coordination, operations, logistics, or experiential marketing
  • Experience supporting large-scale events, trade shows, or brand activations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable communicating with vendors, partners, and internal teams to solve problems quickly (not afraid to pick up the phone)
  • Skilled in Google Workspace and project management tools (Monday, Hubspot, Figma, etc)
  • Knowledge of basic inventory systems, shipping logistics, or event budget management a plus
  • Comfortable with hands-on work and light lifting (up to 40 lbs)
  • Valid driver's license required; ability to drive a van or tow a trailer is a plus
  • Willingness to travel up to 25–35% (or more if interested) for national events and activations

Who You Are

You're a builder of systems, a creative problem-solver, and someone who takes ownership of every detail. You've worked on events big or small and understand the energy and precision they require. You're confident in managing logistics, communicating with vendors, and jumping in where needed.

You're naturally organized and thrive on structure. Color-coded spreadsheets and labeled bins are second nature to you and you're not the kind of person to wait for someone to hand you a checklist; you make one yourself. You're as comfortable rolling up your sleeves in the warehouse as you are presenting an event plan in a meeting.

BONUS You're curious about the
RV/van, or outdoor industry
and excited to grow with a brand that's reshaping what travel and comfort can look like on the road.
