Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled
Hardware Design Engineer
to lead the design, development, and implementation of hardware components for advanced server systems. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams including software, mechanical, thermal, and system architecture groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware development for server components including processors, memory, storage, and networking interfaces.
• Mentor and guide hardware engineering teams and align with industry standards.
• Translate customer needs into technical design specifications.
• Collaborate with system architects and engineering teams to develop efficient hardware solutions.
• Perform prototype validation, circuit bring-up, testing, failure analysis, and documentation.

• Server board design, Digital & Power Electronics, Microcontroller
• Signal Integrity, Power Integrity, Digital System Design
• EDA / CAD tools: Orcad, Dx Designer, Altium, CAD tools
• PCIe Gen5/Gen6, LPDDR5/LPDDR6
• PCB stack-up & high-speed routing
• Oscilloscope, Multimeter, Signal Generators, DSO, DMM, FG
• Schematic capture, PCB layout & validation
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Nice to Have

• Experience in
  HPC, Data Center, or OCP (Open Compute Platform)
  environments
