Marketing Associate

• Manage and update website content (products, galleries, case studies, blogs).
• Coordinate social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, LinkedIn)
• Assist with paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Track and report campaign performance and lead generation metrics.

• Work closely with the sales team to support promotions and campaigns.
• Help create marketing materials for dealers, builders, and homeowners.
• Maintain CRM data and ensure proper lead follow-ups.

• Create basic marketing content (flyers, brochures, email campaigns, presentations)
• Maintain consistent branding across all platforms.
• Collect customer testimonials, project photos, and reviews.

• Coordinate trade show participation, home shows, and local promotions.
• Assist with dealer marketing support and co-op programs.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends in the windows & doors space.

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–3 years of marketing experience (construction or home improvement industry preferred)
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business, Canva, CRM)
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of lead generation and sales funnels.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

• Experience in windows, doors, construction, or building materials industry.
• Basic graphic design or content creation skills.
• SEO and Google Analytics knowledge.
• Photography or video content experience for project showcases.
