About
*Primary Responsibilities*
* Create *3D layouts* and develop complete *2D print packages* for custom equipment lines.
* Define purchase components such as *motors, gear reducers, bearings, and drive packages*.
* Produce and maintain *Bills of Materials (BOMs)*, engineering records, fabricated prints, and purchase order details.
* Support assigned projects with accurate documentation and timely updates.
* Maintain a high level of professionalism in communication with coworkers, vendors, and customers.
*Experience & Qualifications*
* Engineering degree preferred.
* *7+ years of drafting/engineering experience* in a manufacturing or equipment-focused environment.
* Proficiency in *3D modeling and 2D CAD* (MPD uses OneSpace modeling and drafting software).
* Strong Microsoft Office skills and general computer proficiency.
*Requirements*

* Clear, professional communication skills across all levels of the organization.
* Highly detail-oriented with the ability to see both current project needs and downstream impacts.
* Ability to manage *multiple tasks and shifting priorities* effectively.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
