Project Manager – Manufacturing

We are currently recruiting a Project Manager for one of our prestigious international clients , a global leader in the chemistry sector, based in Muttenz (Basel area) .

This is a One-year assignment position for a strategic project within the Manufacturing / Production & Supply organization, offering high exposure and strong stakeholder interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end project execution
• Oversee all aspects of project planning, delivery, and reporting
• Define timelines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress
• Prepare regular status reports and presentations for senior management
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders
• Contribute to production planning, data analysis, and transformation initiatives
• Support stakeholder management and change/transformation activities

Profile Requirements

• Master’s degree required ; PhD is a plus
• Proven experience in Project / Program Management, in Manufacturing, Production, or Supply environments
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, data management, and transformation projects
• Ability to work autonomously with a high level of judgment and ownership
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Experience in industrial, production, or complex operational environments is highly valued
• Fluent in English ; German is an asset
