Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and experienced Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This role involves preparing and serving beverages, engaging with patrons, and ensuring a high standard of food safety and cleanliness. Previous experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly valued. The Bartender will play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience while maintaining efficient bar operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service to enhance their experience.
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure cleanliness of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
• Maintain knowledge of drink recipes, menu offerings, and current trends in beverage service.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service by monitoring guest consumption and adhering to legal regulations.
• Assist with event setups such as banquets or catering functions when required.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple guests efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Uphold all food safety and sanitation protocols related to food handling and beverage preparation.

Skills

• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously.
• Experience in fine dining, nightclubs, banquet service, or food industry settings is advantageous.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate measurement of ingredients.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in fast-paced environments such as hospitality venues or nightclubs.

Pay: $ $15.00 per hour
