Maintenance Technician

Searching for an Apartment Maintenance Tech for our luxury apartment community.

Duties include:

• Ensures excellent customer service to prospective and current tenants
• Assists in diagnosing problems and repairs for the property in areas of vacant turns, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry and appliances
• Responds promptly and accurately to work order requests from residents
• Responds to on-call pager when on rotating schedule
• Assists in inspecting apartments before and after move-ins and move-outs
• Working closely with the property manager to provide a stellar community for our residents
• Assists Maintenance Supervisor regarding the overall maintenance function of the property
• Performs preventative maintenance and apartment turns

Job Requirements:

• HVAC experience is preferred
• Carpentry, plumbing, & basic electrical skills
• Own tools & transportation
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication & organizational skills
