Warehouse & Facility Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse / Facility Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various warehouse tasks, including loading and unloading shipments, order picking, packaging, maintaining inventory accuracy and facility maintenance. This role requires computer knowledge and skills to track inventory. The candidate should be conscious of the Safety OSHA Regulations.

Duties

• day to day operation of warehouse activities and facility coordination
• Load and unload products delivered by vendors and the production department.
• Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory levels and manage stock.
• Pick and packaging orders accurately and efficiently for shipping.
• Prepare outbound shipping
• Shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Conduct routine facility inspections
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs and service vendors
• Ensure compliance with safety, fire and building requirement.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with the different departments in the Company to optimize workflow and efficiency.
• Perform light to medium lifting as required, ensuring proper lifting techniques are used.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity or willingness to learn warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to warehouse operations is beneficial.
• Experience with order picking, shipping, receiving, is advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.

Education

• College degree (preferred)
