What You'll Do

At Anthony PHCE, we believe in training, professionalism, and doing things right. As an Install Apprentice, you'll work alongside experienced installers, learning the HVAC trade while building a foundation for a long-term career. You'll receive hands-on training, support from your team, and the opportunity to grow into a skilled technician.

• Assist in the installation of furnaces, air conditioners, and related equipment
• Support repairs and adjustments as directed by senior installers
• Ensure work areas in customer homes are clean and orderly after every job
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Learn technical skills through both in-field experience and structured training
• Represent Anthony with professionalism and respect on every job

What You Bring to the Team

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong work ethic and commitment to reliability
• Willingness to learn and follow established processes
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs and meet the physical demands of the role
• Professional appearance and customer-first attitude
