Join The Wind Law Group, PLLC, a Florida boutique law firm located in the Tri-County area (Miami-Fort. Lauderdale-West Palm), as a remote-based Associate Litigation /Trial Attorney. We are seeking a dedicated professional with 7 years of experience in first party property damage insurance matters. Salary is $100,000 with incentive structure up to $500,000.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Represent clients in State Circuit /County Court and Federal court
  • Prepare and draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support legal proceedings
  • Advise clients on legal issues and provide guidance on potential outcomes
  • Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
  • Attend depositions, hearings, and trials
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files

Experience:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Florida bar association
- Minimum of 7 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on first party property damage insurance civil litigation
- Strong knowledge of civil procedure and evidence rules
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
