Project Manager / Working Supervisor
Location: Largo, FL (Local applicants only – St. Petersburg/Tampa Bay area)

We are a fast-growing, family-owned kitchen and bathroom remodeling company and cabinet dealer based in Largo, FL. We specialize in high-quality, custom cabinetry for kitchens, bathrooms, and closets, working closely with homeowners, designers, and builders to deliver exceptional results.
We're looking for a hands-on Project Manager / Working Supervisor who is not afraid to be in the field and lead by example.
Position Overview:
This is not a desk-only role. Approximately 50% of the job is in the field, supervising installations, coordinating trades, and handling punch list items. The ideal candidate is organized, physically capable, detail-oriented, and experienced in cabinetry and construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support cabinet installers on job sites
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and installation schedules
- Perform material take-offs and review cabinet orders for accuracy
- Verify work through second measurements and job site inspections
- Receive cabinet deliveries at our warehouse and help coordinate job site deliveries
- Load/unload cabinets and materials as needed
- Use of new company-provided Sprinter Van for site visits and deliveries
- Address and complete punch list items when needed
- Build, organize, and maintain project spreadsheets and documentation
- Ensure quality control and timely project completion
What We're Looking For:
- Strong construction background required
- Carpentry and cabinet installation experience is a must
- Closet system experience is a plus
- Knowledge of 2020 Design software is a plus
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel (required)
- Valid, clean driver's license
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Physically capable of lifting and working on job sites
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Positive, can-do attitude and strong problem-solving skills

Pay: $50, $60,000.00 per year
