Position Overview

We are looking for a driven, compassionate, and clinically skilled General Dentist who is passionate about providing comprehensive, patient-focused care. This position offers can support an Associateship or partnership track, giving the right candidate long-term career stability, ownership opportunity, and the ability to grow within a well-established, high-performing practice.

You'll work alongside an experienced team dedicated to clinical excellence and exceptional patient experiences, supported by modern technology and a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality general dentistry with an emphasis on comprehensive treatment planning and patient education
• Provide patient experiences that reflect our core values of Family, Integrity, Service, and Team
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure seamless, efficient care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with all regulations
• Support practice growth through leadership, innovation, and community involvement

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active South Carolina dental license in good standing
• IV / Sedation preferred
• 2+ years of clinical experience, with strong emphasis on surgical procedures
• Excellent communication skills, chairside manner, and patient rapport
• Commitment to ethical, patient-centered dentistry and ongoing professional development
