We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to maintain cleanliness and safety across our facilities. This role is vital in ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for employees, clients, and visitors. Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal across all areas of the facility
• Maintain floors through buffing, polishing, and floor care techniques to ensure a pristine appearance
• Clean restrooms, kitchens, and common areas following health and safety standards
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards
• Assist with custodial tasks related to industrial cleaning or commercial cleaning projects as needed
• Support facilities maintenance activities such as minor repairs or painting when required
• Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly stored

Qualifications

• Proven experience in janitorial work, custodial services, or related fields such as commercial or industrial cleaning
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and polishing
• Experience with residential painting or facilities maintenance is a plus
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough cleaning tasks efficiently
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and responsibly
• Good physical stamina for lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Prior porter or maintenance experience is advantageous

Pay: $ $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
