Charge Nurse

• We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Charge Nurse to lead our night-shift clinical team. The Charge Nurse is responsible for coordinating patient care, supervising nursing staff, ensuring compliance with clinical standards, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment for patients and employees
• Lead and supervise night-shift nursing staff, including RNs, LVNs/LPNs, CNAs, and support personnel.
• Coordinate and oversee patient care delivery to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Perform patient assessments, administer medications, and provide direct nursing care as needed.
• Prioritize patient needs and assign tasks appropriately to team members.
• Support staff with clinical decision-making and problem resolution.
• Monitor staffing levels and communicate needs to management.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, state/federal regulations, and professional standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and communication during shift changes.
• Respond to emergencies and act as a clinical resource throughout the shift.
• Promote a positive, collaborative, and patient-centered work environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $46.11 per hour
