The Role

As a Service Advisor, you are the primary point of contact for our customers and a key driver of both customer satisfaction and shop performance. You will help customers understand their vehicle's needs, prioritize repairs, and make informed decisions — all while representing our values in every interaction.

This is a sales-driven role, but it is rooted in education, trust, and transparency — not pressure or shortcuts.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and build long-term relationships
• Clearly explain vehicle concerns, inspection results, and repair recommendations
• Present estimates confidently and ethically
• Work closely with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and quality repairs
• Maintain strong communication throughout the repair process
• Follow established processes for inspections, documentation, and follow-ups
• Contribute to team goals related to sales, customer experience, and efficiency

What We're Looking For

• Automotive service advisor experience preferred (but not required for the right person)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with sales and discussing money professionally
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
