We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team in managing daily operations and enhancing office efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a customer-focused attitude, and familiarity and skills with software and computers. This rol will help ensured that all administrative tasks are handled with professionalism and accuracy and is essential in maintaining smooth office functions and providing excellent service to both internal teams and external clients. This position will have upward growth potential.

Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls.
  • Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.
  • Assist in calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and staff, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks, including filing, document preparation, and correspondence.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and assist with ordering as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow

Skills

  • Helping older clients use the client-facing features of out software
  • Strong office administration skills with proficiency in data entry and calendar management.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience as a personal assistant or front desk coordinator is advantageous.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
