RN Case Manager

Job Title: RN Case Manager - Utilization Review (InterQual Required)
Location: Greenbrae, CA
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: Eight hour shifts only. & 40 hours guaranteed.
Job Type: Contract | Local and Travel RNs accepted

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced RN Case Manager with strong Utilization Review skills and InterQual expertise to join a reputable healthcare facility in Greenbrae, CA. This role requires conducting patient assessments, coordinating care plans, and ensuring compliance with utilization review protocols. The ideal candidate has acute care experience, proficiency with EPIC EMR, and holds an active California RN license.

Responsibilities:

• Perform utilization review and case management utilizing InterQual criteria
• Conduct patient assessments and coordinate discharge planning
• Document all clinical information accurately in EPIC EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Active California RN license required
• Minimum 2 years RN case management experience, preferably in acute care
• Strong knowledge and experience with Utilization Review and InterQual
• Experience with EPIC EMR required
• Current BLS (AHA) certification
