Server

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your main responsibility will be to take orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Enter orders into the POS system and ensure accuracy
- Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Assist with bussing tables during peak times
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food industry or customer service preferred
- Strong knowledge of hospitality and guest services
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for accurate order taking and cash handling
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
