Job Summary
We are seeking vigilant and proactive Security Guards-Level 3 to uphold the safety and security for Different locations . In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment by monitoring access points, conducting surveillance, and responding swiftly to incidents. Your expertise in law enforcement procedures, conflict management, and emergency response will be vital in protecting personnel, property, and assets. Duties

• Monitor and control access to the facility using CCTV systems and physical checkpoints, ensuring only authorized personnel enter restricted areas
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential security breaches or safety hazards
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed
• Utilize surveillance equipment such as CCTV cameras to observe activity and prevent theft or vandalism
• Perform first aid and CPR when necessary, providing immediate assistance during medical emergencies
• Manage conflict situations with professionalism and tact, de-escalating disputes and ensuring safety for all parties involved
• Maintain detailed incident reports, shift logs, and security records accurately and promptly

Experience

• Proven experience in security operations, law enforcement, military service, or related fields with a focus on protective services
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of surveillance techniques and CCTV system management
• Certification in first aid and CPR from recognized organizations
• Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and conflict management practices
• Experience working with security technology such as access control systems and alarm monitoring
• Strong understanding of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and law enforcement collaboration
• Ability to remain calm under pressure while making quick decisions during critical incidents

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour
