As General Manager, you'll lead the daily operations and future growth of our adaptive fitness center — a social enterprise currently serving the community with a clear vision to scale its impact and reach. This role blends operations, people leadership, and community connection, with real ownership and room to grow.

What You'll Do

  • Lead daily operations of the adaptive fitness center, ensuring high-quality service and care
  • Oversee the budget and P&L, driving sustainable revenue growth and operational health
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop staff while fostering a supportive, accountable team culture
  • Build proactive systems for safety, compliance, and risk management
  • Partner with internal teams to grow memberships and community partnerships
  • Design engaging programs that respond to community needs (clinics, camps, social programs)
  • Serve as a visible, trusted presence for members, families, and community partners

Requirements

  What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience leading operations, teams, and budgets
  • Background in fitness, healthcare, hospitality, retail, or human services
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfort with accountability, data, and performance goals
  • Passion for inclusion, community building, and mission-driven work
  • Ability to think creatively and adapt quickly in a growing environment
