Associate Dentist

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice with a daily minimum guarantee. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in general dentistry, with the ability to provide exceptional patient care across a variety of dental services. This role requires proficiency in dental terminology, aseptic techniques, and familiarity with dental office management software. The Associate Dentist will work collaboratively with our team to ensure high-quality care for patients of all ages, including pediatrics.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral conditions.
• Provide preventive and restorative dental treatments, including fillings, crowns, and cleanings.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and treatment options.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to deliver optimal patient care.
• Uphold aseptic techniques to ensure a safe and sterile environment.
• Stay current with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
• Experience in general dentistry; proficiency in pediatrics is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients.
