While Dining Room Server roles at Belmont Village are not tip-eligible, our team members enjoy the benefits of a reliable schedule, predictable hours, and the satisfaction of serving a familiar community rather than constantly rotating tables—providing a more meaningful and relationship-driven experience than traditional restaurant work.

YOUR TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide attentive and personalized dining service to a group of assigned tables in our on-site restaurant, ensuring a positive dining experience
• Take accurate orders, offer menu recommendations, and deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure orders are served at the correct temperature, with proper presentation and accuracy
• Prepare and set up the dining room for service, ensuring flatware, condiments and beverages are always ready
• Assist with meal service at special events and celebrations held within the Belmont Village community
• Maintain cleanliness of Dining Room and assigned tables ensuring guest needs are met throughout each meal

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
• Must be able to efficiently multi-task, be an active listener, and collaborate effectively with team members
• Demonstrates a willingness to learn and work in a hands-on, hospitality oriented position
• Knowledge of dining etiquette and prior Restaurant Server experience is preferred
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community
