Assistant Program Director

BHN is seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Program Director to join our new clinic in Fall River and help lead our growing ABA and IHBS teams.

• Recruit, hire, and train ABA and IHBS staff
• Supervise and evaluate staff performance and clinical practice
• Oversee implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans and Functional Behavior Assessments
• Support program growth through school and community outreach
• Monitor quality assurance, documentation, and regulatory compliance
• Mediate client, staff, and provider concerns; respond to on-call needs
• Lead staff meetings and contribute to agency-wide initiatives
• Review and monitor data, including MABH Access and internal metrics

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (required)
• Licensed BCBA/LABA in Massachusetts (required)
• 5+ years of experience working with youth and families in behavioral health settings
• 3+ years of supervisory and program management experience
• Skilled in leadership, problem-solving, and staff development
• Experience with home-based service delivery and CBHI regulations (preferred)
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
