BHN is seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Program Director to join our new clinic in Fall River and help lead our growing ABA and IHBS teams.

- Recruit, hire, and train ABA and IHBS staff
- Supervise and evaluate staff performance and clinical practice
- Oversee implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans and Functional Behavior Assessments
- Support program growth through school and community outreach
- Monitor quality assurance, documentation, and regulatory compliance
- Mediate client, staff, and provider concerns; respond to on-call needs
- Lead staff meetings and contribute to agency-wide initiatives
- Review and monitor data, including MABH Access and internal metrics
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (required)
- Licensed BCBA/LABA in Massachusetts (required)
- 5+ years of experience working with youth and families in behavioral health settings
- 3+ years of supervisory and program management experience
- Skilled in leadership, problem-solving, and staff development
- Experience with home-based service delivery and CBHI regulations (preferred)
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
