The team is backed by some of the worlds leading VCs (Andreessen Horowitz, NEA, etc.) and is supported by an expert group of advisors including the cofounders of Square and Xendit, executives from Intuit, former Governors, White House senior staffers, and a co-founder of CityMD./ph3Were Looking For:/h3pWe are seeking a Sales Development Representative located in either the DC or NYC area for a 100% in-person role. This individual will collaborate closely with our team to identify and qualify leads, initiate engaging conversations with potential clients through extensive cold calling, and play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base./ppThe position features a base salary with the potential to earn equity and commission, offering the opportunity to exceed 100% of the base salary. It presents an excellent chance to gain insight into the sales process, hone essential communication abilities, and make significant contributions to our companys growth and success./ph3Your Responsibilities Will Include:/h3pConduct cold outreach via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to initiate contact with prospects and introduce our products/services./ppAttending conferences to actively engage with industry peers and prospects, leveraging networking opportunities and insightful discussions to close valuable sales leads./ppCollaborate with the Sales team to create and execute strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition./ppContinuously build a target prospect list of healthcare professionals and qualify leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and cold outreach./ppEducate healthcare professionals on Nitras offering./ppQualify leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and buying behavior to determine potential fit with our offerings./ppAssist in maintaining accurate records of interactions, sales activities, and customer information using CRM software./ppCollaborate with the sales team to develop sales pitches, presentations, and materials tailored to different customer segments./ph3You Have:/h3pProven experience in cold calling potential clients/customers to generate leads and initiate sales conversations./pp1+ years of experience in sales, with a demonstrated ability to effectively engage in cold calling activities and drive lead conversion and sales growth./ppA bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory). Background as a college athlete is plus./ppStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a confident and professional demeanor./ppSelf-motivated individual with a passion for sales and a desire to learn about the industry./ppAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment./ppDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills./ppProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus./ph3We Offer:/h3pEquity - Everyone at Nitra is an owner.
