We are hiring a Fulfillment Associate in Dallas, Texas! This dynamic role is at the heart of our e-commerce operations, involving the efficient processing of online orders. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This includes receiving incoming stock, stocking shelves, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. A strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are crucial. You will be an integral part of our logistics team, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. Experience with warehouse management systems and order fulfillment processes is highly desirable. We emphasize a culture of safety , and all employees are required to use designated PPE and follow established safety procedures. The job requires regular lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Process incoming inventory and restock warehouse shelves.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet fulfillment targets.
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks as needed.
