Our dynamic logistics operation is looking for individuals to join our warehouse team, focusing on efficiently picking and packing orders for shipment. This role is essential for ensuring our customers receive their products accurately and on time. If you have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to productivity, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order lists, using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Pack picked items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers, ensuring product protection.
- Verify order accuracy before packing and shipping.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and work area.
- Operate pallet jacks and other equipment as needed to move inventory.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies, including the correct use of PPE.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and other warehouse duties as required.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our logistics team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a picker/packer or in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Physical capability to lift items up to 40 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Must wear provided PPE and follow all safety regulations.
