Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Order Picker to join our dynamic logistics team in San Jose, California. As an Order Picker, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and promptly fulfilled. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications. This position requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to safety protocols.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process customer orders via RF scanner or pick list.
  • Accurately pick products from designated warehouse locations.
  • Ensure all picked items match order specifications, including quantity, size, and type.
  • Safely operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and order pickers, after proper training.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety.
  • Report any discrepancies or damages to inventory immediately to your supervisor.
  • Participate in inventory counts as needed.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Understand and follow instructions for proper handling and storage of various products.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, order picking, or similar logistics role is a plus.
  • Ability to read and understand pick lists and product labels.
  • Basic math skills for counting and verifying quantities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and **lifting** up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
